Get asked all of the time, my standard reply is 'wish I did because I'd be wealthy.' Use the same line when they ask if I have beer (get that slot too) the state would never give us the ebt terminal since it not an essential food. If the actual paper things were still in use I'd take them without hesitation and tell them to tell all of their friends that I accept them.
