some people are homeless and dont have a ffreezer. here in WA you cant pay for hot food with food sta mps. if a person wants to spend $2 for an ice cream why not? it is food. and it might be more economical than spending $4 at the market and throwing rest away. how people eat really should not be our business. funtimesicecream@aol.com
